Kayla Iles

Kayla Iles started practicing yoga in 2006 due to a hectic travel schedule with work and the need to release stress even on the road. Kayla signed up with friends to road trip to DDY in South Carolina to complete her 200 Hour Certification with Shelley Lowther in 2013. Ever since that first class she has been waiting to find a studio in Atlanta. DDY immediately felt like home and that is a place you always want to go back to. Kayla’s secret superpower is the ability to orchestrate everyone’s calendars around her especially if it leads to quarterly lake weekends in nature at “Camp Blue Ridge” with family, friends and thoughtfully prepared food and cocktails. Even though Kayla’s husband is the chef de cuisine to true southern form she can be known to cook everything from fried chicken to curry.

  • Power Hour is our Journey Into Power sequence in a power-packed 60 minute format.  This class is challenging, fun and invigorating.  Prepare to move, breathe and sweat.  Work at your own level while incorporating variations and modifications. Come experience true freedom and personal power on your mat and in your life– in just an hour!

  • Yoga for Busy People
  • Think you're too busy for yoga? We have your class! Yoga for Busy People is the best 45-50 minutes you've ever spent on your mat! We'll hit the ground running and move you from awakening to deep rest before you have to zip back to the office! Expect a full Baptiste experience in a lot less time.  12pm classes are 50 minutes and heated to 85 degrees.  Evening quickies are 45 minutes and full heat.
